The breakfast location in the garden was really nice, i especially liked the diverse menu. I did not want to eat pho outside. the pool was clean and provided privacy, which i appreciated. the room design was beautiful, and i liked the layout. I really appreciated the attention to detail.
I encountered some issues with the taxi costs. I felt i did not always get the best deals, and clearer guidance on taxi fares could be beneficial for future visitors.

my room featured a nice balcony. the free bikes made getting around easy. the staff helped arrange my airport transfer very quickly. i also appreciated the very calm atmosphere, very helpful.
the breakfast option was a bit limited, with not many choices to select from.

The hotel's peaceful atmosphere was special and the room design was beautiful. Ella's recommendations for local dining, performances, and tailors greatly enhanced our visit. She ensured our experience was really good. Her kindness was like a warm embrace. I look forward to returning and sharing this haven with others.
I noticed very minor dust accumulation in hard-to-reach corners of the room. It was a really tiny thing, but i am very thorough in these situations.

My room was spacious with all necessary amenities. The hotel kept the premises spotlessly clean every day. I found the pool a great place to relax following long days of exploration. Eric was particularly helpful to me , even assisting with some flight rescheduling difficulties.
I noticed a lack of readily available food or snacks during the daytime. If you are relaxing by the pool, only drinks are available. This meant that if I wanted a snack, I needed to leave the hotel.

the room i received was very plain. the staff seemed uninterested in helping with tours, since i already had some booked. the laundry service was not good. the clothes were not properly washed, just sprayed with deodorizer
